More Human uses a human UX methodology. First, we conduct interviews to build a realistic staff journey map. The map is analysed and recommendations for improving touchpoints are worked into existing knowledge. We then design a process that works for your business, fine-tuning any issues. A few weeks later we come back and the solution is iterated until it’s a perfect fit.

We’ll also provide staff such as client service who are best suited to the more personal aspects around delivery and business etiquette.

The Human Experience (HX) approach encompasses all variations of Customer Experience (CX), User Experience (UX) and Staff Experience (SX).

HX is the More Human speciality. We give people back their humanity by designing for humans instead of users, customers’ users, or staff.

HX is all-encompassing, and deals with all aspects of interaction with the organisation, its services and products. It includes everything we produce and present, from internal systems like UI design, UX design, creative design to external experiences such as social media, marketing, banners, websites, apps, and more.

What is our approach?

Long-term customer goals X organisational needs

User-centred design (UCD) starts by setting objectives and goals. This forms the foundation for strategy, design, content, and information architecture (IA). We then analyse the internal knowledge gaps and align internal assumptions with your customers’ long-term goals.

We research and present insight around how your customers react to your company. From there, we can draft a plan and focus on longer-term goals, strategising how to achieve those goals.

Information Architecture and wireframes

We ensure that your UX is perfect: the correct information is presented in the right way, in the right place, and at the right time. Wireframing is the starting point to visualise data structures and represent UI features.

It enables effective communication between team members and, more importantly, allows for early testing iterations of workflows, navigation, and overall data structure.

Strategic HX design

We use a strategic approach to design from the ground up, considering the context in which the design will be consumed. During the briefing process we ask many questions, analysing how and why the person interacts with the design and ultimately what will drive them to action.

The aim is to create design that will make a difference, create an emotional response and ultimately be successful in achieving your objectives.

Bank card design

We design debit and credit cards for banks and financial institutions and have worked on global card design projects for Visa, MasterCard, and American Express (AMEX). We collaborate with the teams to deliver amazing results quickly, cost-effectively and with minimum complications.

We analyse the full customer journey – from the hand of the customer, to the card machine, wallet, and the shop counter – as well as ensuring that design issues do not present themselves at scale later on.
