The Challenge

Lavely is a service tech start up specialising in sending out party RVSP then collecting the data of users and connecting the users with various party vendors.

The main challenge was to establish a MVP and define a USP that is reflected from the User Research conducted by our team.

Business Goals

  • Creating a platform that enables the party to host to manage the number of guests and filter through there requirements.

  • Producing  a RSVP, invite and thank you cards service in order to collect data on potential customers, by asking them their addresses and contact information.

  • Sending a free of  charge invites as an incentive to use the product in an effort to make clear  that the service was  going to expand and that lavely would eventually offer the users a whole planning event service.

User Interface Design – Branding Identity

The User Interface design needs to appear as accessible, transparent, reliable and having a sense of  community

The pastel colors are more present throughout the layout. The reason for this is that parents will be the ones going through the whole process, and it’s important they have a feeling of lightness while going through it.

The logo also follow this line, being very basic, light and simple with a fun element as a symbol for the party.

Outcome

The USP has been modified to reflect the features establshed during analysis of featues from the user’s feedback. An MVP is now in prototype mode, which can give the startup founders a further prespective on how to move on with the rest of the elements of the project.

“Josh and the Team provided a UX solution for our new venture. He was great at understanding our vision and translating it into an impressive experience with putting the user at the centre of it. His calm and confident approach made it very easy and enjoyable to work with him and make decisions throughout the process. We were impressed with the outcome in such a short period of time and excited to look forward to the next steps.” Tigran Mnatsakanyan – Startup Co Founder.

“The team helped us with a prototype of an application we want to build. They had great UI/UX skills and the output was quite high quality. They paid attention to the details of the requirements which were then reflected in the prototype.” Hryar Diloyan – Startup Co Founder.”
